Spa Reflexology
A relaxing massage of the hands and feet.  Reflexology is the application of pressure, stretch and movement to the feet and hands to effect corresponding parts of the body. Reflexologists view the feet and hands as a mirror image of the body. By applying technique a reflexologist can break up patterns of stress in other parts of the body.

Warm-up
This express treatment is geared to stretch & loosen up tight muscles.  A great way to prepare for your golf game, or any other activity you may have planned.

The 19th Hole - Signature Treatment
This signature treatment assists in recovery of tired and tight muscles with particular attention paid to the neck, forearms, lower back & hips.  This can be customized to your needs.  The perfect way to recover after a long day on the links.

Therapeutic Touch
This is a swedish style massage using light to medium pressure.  All Treatments are created specifically for each guest.

Sports Massage
This is a customized deep tissue massage that can also be combined with stretching.  If you prefer a deeper massage we suggest you request a sports massage with one of our highly skilled Massage Therapists.

Aromatherapy Massage
A customized aromatherapy consultation will take place prior to the massage. Essential oils, chosen for your specific needs, are used to heighten this massage experience.  This is a light pressured massage.  Upon completion of your service, your service provider will package up your remaining aromatherapy blend so you can enjoy the benefits at home.

Soothing Lava Shell Massage
Lava Shell massage is a variation on classic stone therapy. Heated smooth, flat shells are used as part of the massage technique and as an extension of the hands. Even though these are actual ocean shells, they have been cleansed, sanded and polished to remove any imperfections. The shells can fit into the palm of your hand and the massage therapist always holds the shells first before touching them to your body, which ensures that the temperature will not be too hot. However, everyone has their own comfort range. Be sure to speak up if the shells are too hot for you. Many people find the warmth of the hot lava shells to be comforting. This is a new and exciting service that allows more contact with the body then a traditional stone massage. It's also suited for people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage. The heat relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist to work the muscles without using deep pressure.

Eye Treatment
A sea-based mask lifts away dryness to reveal a moist, supple eye area. Soothes, moisturizes & controls fine lines. Also available with a Facial.

Waxing
We offer easy-does-it, low-heat waxing.  Treatments are virtually painless and leave very little red areas.

Hair must be a minimum of 1/4 inch to be waxed.  Please do not shave or use a scrub prior to waxing.  Some medications or topical creams may make you sensative so please provide that information to your service provider.

Tee Time - Signature Treatment
An express grooming facial to clean and protect the skin.

Traditional Facial
Warm steam and hot towels are applied, followed by an herbal scrub and mask. A neck, scalp and hand massage helps to relax tense muscles while your skin is cleansed and revived. Upgrade with green tea peel available.

Back Facial
This is an express service designed as a deep cleansing facial for the back.

Hammam Body Therapy
Hammam  means "spreader of warmth" it is a word given to the sensual bathing retreat that evolved over thousands of years and traces its roots back to the roman thermae. Our service begins with a coffee scrub that helps with cellulite reduction. It then goes into a mud clay mask to detoxify and moisturize the skin. You're then gently transferred into a body wrap, leading to a rinse in the rain shower and ending with a relaxing body massage.  This amazing service will leave you feeling light and euphoric.

Body Scrubs
Want your skin to feel like silk? Gentle or invigorating exfoliation helps increase circulation and smooth rough skin.  This service is very hydrating and recommended seasonally. We also feature monthly specialty scrubs. Add this to any treatment or request it on its own.

Bath Therapy
Deepen the effects of your massage with a private hydrotherapy tub experience. Choose from variety of scents to stimulate your senses.  Can be requested on its own or as part of your massage experience.

La Florida - Signature Treatment
This is a pure spa treatment. Performed (based on availability) in our vichy shower room, this unique service embraces the scent and use of fresh oranges in our signature citrus scrub.  The vichy experience is like lying in a warm rain shower while your service provider uses the signature citrus scrub to exfoliate your entire body.  Upon completion you will receive signature citrus lotion application.

We are pleased to offer the ultimate spa experience, including use of our fitness center, full amenity locker rooms, steam room, whirlpool, cotton robes, towel service, and our resort-style pool.

For non-members, there is a $20 per day usage fee for the fitness center and spa. $8 per day for the fitness center only. Use of the spa is complimentary with the purchase of a service.

Choosing a Treatment
Our guest services staff will be happy to help you plan the perfect spa experience based on your specific needs.  All spa services must be secured by credit card.

Arrival
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you have enough time to check in and get ready for your service.  We invite you to come early or stay late and take advantage of all our amenities including our steam rooms, resort style pool, fitness center, outside whirlpool and relaxation area

Special Health Considerations
Please notify guest services and your service provider if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs, or if you are pregnant. If you are within your 1st twelve weeks of pregnancy, massage is contraindicated and the therapist will be unable to perform the service.

Age Requirements
Facial, Massage, & Body treatments:

All spa guests must be 16 years of age or older to schedule a treatment.  If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present during the service.

Hair & Nails:

All guests must be 8 years of age or older; If under 18 a parent or guardian must be present.

No spa access is allowed for our guests 8 to 15 years of age.

Fitness:

All guests must be 16 years or older; if under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Cellular Phones
All cellular phones must be turned off upon entering the spa for your comfort as well as others. Cellular phone usage is restricted to the lobby area.

Attire
Most body treatments and massages are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear what is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area that is being worked on at the time. During body treatments, disposable attire is available for your comfort. Before and after your treatments, robes and sandals are provided. For most treatments we will ask you to remove your jewelry so we advise you to please leave all vauables at home. Daily secure lockers are available for your use.

Shaving Before Treatments
We recommend shaving a minimum of four hours prior to service. We only use professional products with active ingredients; shaving may cause sensitivity to the products.  Please do not shave prior to scrubs or waxing services.

Late Arrival
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

Cancellation Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request that you let us know at least 4 hours in advance for single services and 24 hours in advance for multiple treatments. A 50% charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to follow this policy. Any no-show appointments will be charged the full service price.

Payment and Gratuities
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and traveler’s checks. Laterra, Renaissance & Casa Monica guests may also charge the service to their room, and spa members may charge services to their spa account.   Gratuitities are not included and are at the discretion of the guest. 15 - 20% is a standard spa gratuity.

Gift Certificates
Spa gift certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, relaxation, and wellness to the special people in your life. They are fit for any occasion and can be purchased for any dollar amount at the front desk or by phone.
